Pearlstone's next 2 projects: Tower near SXSW Center, condos on S. Lamar
It’s no secret that Austin's housing market is red hot. Development firm Pearlstone Partners LLC continues to pursue a unique strategy to try and address the tight residential market.
The project will replace a dilapidated gas station in downtown Austin with a residential tower. Pearlstone is teaming with ATCO Properties & Management LLC to build the high-rise at 14th and Lavaca streets, near the SXSW Center. The project is still in the design stage so details on unit count and building size were not available.
